Okan Altug is Managing Partner of Daruma Corporate Finance. Mr. Altug is also the chairman of the executive board of Daruma.

Mr. Altug has over 20 years of experience in LBO, corporate finance & investment banking with specialization in project finance and M&A advisory. Under Mr. Altug's leadership, Daruma grew to become a recognized brand name in Turkey for its structuring abilities, entrepreneurial approach to the business and strong M&A financial engineering skills with 30 persons. Mr. Altug received his BA in business administration from Bosphorous University in Istanbul and MBA from Pace University, New York. He is fluent in English and French.

Ms. Kaya acts as the vice-chairman of the Executive Board of Daruma Corporate Finance; overseeing the execution of all the debt and equity transactions within Daruma.

Ms. Kaya joined Daruma in 2001. She completed her undergraduate studies in Bosphorous University, business administration department and obtained her graduate degree from London City University Cass Business School. Before joining Daruma, Ms. Kaya headed the fixed income trading desk within the treasury department of Finansbank, Turkey.

Mr. Yavaşal joined Daruma in 2001. Özkan Yavaşal got his undergraduate degrees in engineering from Istanbul University and Kean University; and obtained his masters degree in financial management from New Jersey Institute of Technology. Before joining Daruma, Mr. Yavaşal acted as the department head for the corporate finance and research departments of EGS Securities in Turkey.

Mr. Bertan Yördem joined Daruma in 2002. He completed his undergraduate studies in Economics from Bosphorous University and obtained his masters degree in business administration from Bilgi University. Prior to joining Daruma, Mr. Yördem worked lately for Garanti Bank, Structured Finance Department where he worked for long term structured borrowing for the bank, including securitizations and syndicated facilities.

Mr. Orkun Altuğ joined Daruma in 2002. He obtained his undergraduate degree in economics from the University of Texas at Austin. Before joining Daruma he worked in Finansbank treasury department and Strateji Securities active mainly in portfolio management and foreign exchange trading.
